Job summary

Dermapure is seeking a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of experience in aesthetic injectables to join our Tecumseh and Windsor clinics. You will consult, plan, and administer injectables and skincare treatments, while educating clients on expectations and aftercare.

This role requires evenings/weekends availability and a patient‑centered approach. You will document procedures, maintain safety protocols, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends and product

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Registered Nurse licensed with CNO in good standing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with aesthetic injectables.
  • Strong ability to assess client needs and upsell services ethically.

Responsibilities

  • Administer injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers) per protocol.
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations to tailor treatment plans.
  • Educate clients on options, outcomes, post-care and maintenance.
  • Pre-book and schedule follow-up visits for continuity of care.
  • Build loyalty through exceptional patient care and post-treatment follow-ups.
  • Monitor patients during and after procedures for comfort and safety.
  • Maintain detailed medical documentation and consent forms.
  • Attend ongoing trainings and stay updated on new techniques.
  • Maintain sterile room setup and adhere to infection control.

Responsibilities -
  • Administer injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic injections while following proper protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Perform comprehensive consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatment plans including injectables, skincare products, and other treatment modalities.
  • Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post‑care instructions, and maintenance plans.
  • Pre‑book clients for future treatments and follow‑up appointments.
  • Build customer loyalty through exceptional patient care, post‑treatment follow‑ups, andappropriate homecarerecommendations.
  • Monitor and support patients during and after procedures to ensure comfort, safety, andoptimaloutcomes.
  • Maintainaccurateand detailed medical documentation, consent forms, treatment records, and post‑treatment tracking.
  • Attend ongoing training sessions and stay current on industry trends, new techniques, treatments, and product knowledge to ensure the highest standard of care.
  • Set up, clean, sanitize, andmaintaina sterile and organized procedure room while adhering to all clinical safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Learn and perform new treatments and procedures asrequired.
  • Assistwith clinic goals, promotional initiatives, and treatment conversion opportunities.
  • Capture standardized before‑and‑after patient photographsin accordance withclinic protocols.
  • Assistwith inventory management for injectables
Qualifications -
  • College Diploma in Nursing
  • Hold the license of Registered Nurse (registered with the CNO)
  • Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injectables experience
  • Strong consultation and client communication skills, with proven ability to upsell services ethically and effectively
  • Spoken and written languages: fluency English
  • Be available foroccasionalevening/weekendwork, asrequired
  • Excellentcommunicateskills.

  • Be honest and trustworthy.
  • Demonstrate initiative and autonomy.
