Job summary

BioScript Logistics Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Nurse Case Manager to coordinate patient journeys, enroll patients, and liaise with clinics across Canada. The role requires RN licensure and 2+ years in health care reimbursement, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

You will work remotely, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–8 PM EST, with competitive compensation and benefits. Closing date: Aug 26, 2026.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with provincial license required.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service and health care reimbursement.
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, or insurance is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient journeys from intake to outcomes.
• Serve as primary contact for physicians enrolling patients into NavieGo.
• Build trusted relationships with clinics and physicians, including site visits.
• Request missing information from physician offices and pharmacies.
• Coordinate drug coverage and insurance submissions.
• Liaise with insurers and providers to support patient treatment.
• Manage documents and paperwork to funding programs.
• Schedule clinic appointments and drug deliveries within timelines.

Job description

We are looking for an engaged individual to take on the role of Bilingual Nurse Case Manager. This role is responsible for undertaking the management of specific cases that are assigned to them in regards to patient reimbursement and coordination for the NavieGo branch of the organization. The Bilingual Nurse Case Manager is responsible for overall management of their patient cases and acts as a one point of contact to their assigned health care providers.

Your Mission:

• Be responsible for the entire coordination of the patient journey;
• Acting as the Primary point of contact for physicians to enroll patients into a NavieGo managed program;
• Establishing and maintaining a strong, trusting relationship with assigned clinics and physicians including site visits;
• Acting as the main resource for NavieGo to request missing or additional information from respective physician offices, pharmacies, and/or other Health Care providers;
• Coordinate and manage all aspects required in order to obtain prescription drug coverage for patients;
• Coordinate cases with insurance companies, physician' offices and healthcare professionals in order to assist a patient in their journey on treatment;
• Coordinate documents, submissions and all related paperwork to insurance companies and public funding programs;
• Coordinate clinic appointments and drug deliveries within timelines;
• Foster and build relationships with patients and key health care providers;
• Implement best practices as required in an effort to maximize a patient's access to drug coverage;
• Coordinate with pharmacy processes required once funding has been obtained;
• Apply an in-depth knowledge of public / private funding systems; and
• Able to work rotating shifts Monday through Friday, covering the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM EST.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bilingualism - English/French - is an asset;
• Registered Nurse designation and current provincial licensing is required;
• Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry is an asset;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer/client service and health care reimbursement experience;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications (Google apps, Word, Excel);
• Professional/courteous/efficient telephone manner;
• Proven ability to organize time, set priorities, and multi-task in order to meet various competing work deadlines;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
• Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently;
• Critical thinking and problem solving abilities;
• Able to work rotating shifts Monday through Friday, supporting various regions of Canada.

Compensation:

At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. The salary range for this position in BC is $84,000-$95,000.
