Job Description

The Documentation Coordinator reports to the Manager of Clinical Support, Clinical Standards & Professional Practice (CSPP). The Documentation Coordinator contributes to the documentation standards. The Documentation Coordinator is responsible for the development, coordination and management of components of clinical documentation including forms, patient education materials and other clinical practice support documents. The incumbent participates in other documentation support activities including educational presentations, clinical audits and website management as assigned by the Manager, Clinical Support, CSPP.

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
