Job summary

Shawflex, a Mattr brand, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Canada’s nuclear market. You will drive growth in nuclear products and services, expand strategic customer relationships, and win new business with utilities, OEMs, EPCs, and distributors.

You will lead account development, build market opportunities, and collaborate with Product Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Business Development to deliver technical and commercial solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory

Qualifications

University degree
5–7 years in a sales-focused role
Experience selling electrical components in the nuclear industry
Strong experience in key account management, business development, sales planning, technical presentations, and proposal development
Willingness to travel extensively across the territory

Responsibilities

Grow sales and gross margins for nuclear products and services across the Canadian market.
Develop and execute regional sales plans and account strategies.
Expand and strengthen relationships with utilities, OEMs, EPCs, contractors, and distribution partners.
Identify customer challenges and opportunities to increase market penetration.
Conduct customer visits, meetings, and technical presentations with engineering stakeholders.
Lead preparation of customer quotations ensuring pricing and approvals.
Maintain a strong presence in the nuclear industry through networking and industry events.
