Job summary

BWXT Canada Ltd. in Canada is seeking a Project Manager in Kitchener, ON to lead design, development and manufacture of nuclear equipment and systems. You will drive quote opportunities, manage schedules, budgets and PMO dashboards, and report on project performance to stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years experience, and PMP progress; strong Excel skills and experience with Primavera P6 are essential. Hybrid work options and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited university, plus a minimum of 3 years related experience.
• Must possess or be working towards Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel) and understanding of project costs.
• Experience using enterprise‑level project management and scheduling tools.
• Experience in one or more areas: Engineering design, team leadership, manufacturing leadership, project management/planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving design, development and manufacture of nuclear equipment and systems.
• Coordinate estimates, schedules and proposals; lead smaller quote opportunities.
• Maintain schedules and budgets; manage PMO tools and project dashboards.
• Present and report on project status, metrics, risks, and resources; ensure schedule integrity.
