• 12+ years of project management in complex manufacturing or nuclear.
• Experience managing customer contracts with sophisticated clients.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical aptitude leading multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex nuclear component projects from initiation to close-out.
• Develop and execute project plans: scope, schedules, budgets, risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, planning, operations, and subcontractors.
• Serve as primary customer contact with regular updates and issue resolution.
• Monitor performance with KPIs; proactively manage risks, changes, and technical challenges.
• Oversee subcontractor activities within safety, schedule and budget constraints.
• Lead project meetings, design reviews, and close-out activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer partnerships and improve execution.
