Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in coordinating technically complex projects and programs.
• Postsecondary education in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Project Management, Business, or related fields.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to obtain necessary security clearances for nuclear work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across engineering, construction, quality, safety, and procurement.
• Track progress, risks, action items, and dependencies; escalate issues as needed.
• Support development and maintenance of work packages, plans, and execution documentation.
• Coordinate procurement activities, including material readiness, tracking, and documentation.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support field execution activities, including readiness, shift reporting, and close-out documentation.
