Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Canada is seeking a Project Coordinator to support engineering, procurement, and construction activities, reporting to the Project Manager and ensuring work progresses safely and on schedule. You will liaise with internal teams and clients, manage documentation, track progress, and assist with reports, while upholding quality programs and a strong nuclear safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project environments such as construction, manufacturing, or engineering services.
• Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and solve problems.
• Understanding of Quality Assurance programs and their importance within the nuclear industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Clear commitment to safety and nuclear safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction work.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including engineering, construction, quality, clients, and subcontractors.
• Support schedule updates and progress tracking by collecting inputs and preparing summaries.
• Support the tracking, organization, and timely distribution of technical documents and deliverables.
• Provide status and progress reports in support of the Project Manager.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with quality program requirements.
• Actively reinforce a strong nuclear safety culture.
• Support Project and Program Management in initiatives and changes.
• Assist project administration activities and site content maintenance.
