Job summary

AtkinsRéalis, a leading Canadian nuclear engineering group, seeks a senior Project Controls leader to guide cost and schedule control across complex projects. You will oversee Project Controls execution, lead a team of planners and cost controllers, drive CPR processes, and implement change control while reporting to the Project Controls Director.

This role emphasizes collaboration with clients and alliance partners, adherence to PMBOK principles, and a hybrid work culture with flexible benefits

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education with senior project controls or project management experience.
• 15+ years in project cost and schedule control, with 5–10 years in leadership roles.
• Nuclear experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead Project Controls execution on large projects.
• Lead a team of Planners and Cost Controllers; conduct performance evaluations.
• Lead Cost Performance Report (CPR) process and change control management.
• Report to the Project Controls Director and interface with clients and partners.
• Develop and maintain project controls policies and procedures.
