Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Canada is seeking a Project Manager to lead full project lifecycles, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and contract compliance across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams.

You will establish the project organization, manage budgets, develop WBS, coordinate with clients and suppliers, drive risk and change management, and uphold regulatory and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and a proactive delivery mindset.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering or STEM related to the project scope.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, project engineering, project coordination, or PM functions.
• 8–10 years total experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the project organization and staffing decisions.
• Prepare and manage budgets; ensure scope aligns with contractual and technical requirements.
• Lead day-to-day activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, controls, quality, and commercial.
• Develop and manage scope, WBS, deliverables, estimates and execution plans.
• Interface with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and partners; resolve issues.
• Drive project execution per plan; direct contract and commercial activities.
• Manage procurement and subcontractor scopes and processes.
• Oversee scheduling, cost management, forecasting, KPI tracking, and risk mgmt.
