Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Canada is seeking an Engineering Manager – Piping and Feeder Function to lead a highly skilled team within our Engineering Excellence group on nuclear projects. You will provide technical and functional leadership, guide design and analysis for feeders, piping and supports, and drive project execution within a dynamic matrix environment.

The role emphasizes licensing experience, adherence to CSA N285 and ASME standards, and strong collaboration with clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years licensing experience in a nuclear project.

Responsibilities

• Approve technical documents and deliverables.
• Plan and execute work to quality, cost and schedule.
• Remove barriers to meet project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to staff.
• Support proposals and approve technical content.
• Forecast resource demands; interface with clients.
• Supervise 10–15 engineers; manage relationships.
• Lead efficiency initiatives and resource sourcing.
