Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Mississauga is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across diverse business units. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design sourcing strategies that leverage social media, referrals, and campaigns.

You will build and maintain candidate pipelines through market insights, use an ATS to track activity, and represent the company at industry events to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing tools and recruitment tech, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to attract and engage talent through networking and talent campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Aptitude for building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders.
