Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Canada invites a Talent Acquisition Lead to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake to hire, ensuring processes and standards are followed. You will partner with hiring managers to translate needs into effective talent strategies and build strong stakeholder relationships.

You will assess candidates, align recruitment with the business, collaborate with sourcing partners and vendors, and promote HR best practices while maintaining a high-performing, inclusive team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong relationship‑management skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with stakeholders.
• Results‑oriented, with demonstrated initiative and self‑motivation.
• Proven skills in time management, planning and organization.
• Bilingual: French and English (*)
• This position requires proficiency in a language other than French, namely English, as the role involves communicating with candidates, clients, and partners located both within Quebec and outside Quebec.
