Job summary

Siemens Canada is seeking a recent Engineering graduate for a New Product Introduction (NPI) project manager role in Concord, ON. You will work across R&D, production, quality, procurement, and suppliers to drive launches and transfers.

Hybrid on-site role with travel as required. The program includes mentorship, onboarding, and opportunities to contribute to manufacturing innovation while growing project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Recent university graduate (within 12 months) in Engineering programs with a minimum 2.5 GPA (B-). Transcripts provided on request.
• Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse cross‑functional teams.
• Exposure to project management and collaboration tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to full-scale production, meeting milestones in the stage-gate process.
• Coordinate transfer of production lines to a new facility and ensure smooth handoffs between sites.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing scope, schedule, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation actions to maintain schedules.
