Job summary

Siemens Mobility invites Recent graduates to join Experience@Siemens as a New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Manager on a 12-month contract in Canada. You will collaborate with R&D, production, and QA teams to drive new product launches and line transfers.

The program offers mentorship, structured onboarding, and cross-functional exposure across facilities, with hybrid work and a focus on manufacturing excellence. We’re looking for curiosity, teamwork, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Recent university graduate (within 12 months) in Engineering programs; transcripts to be provided upon request.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to translate data into clear presentations.
• Exposure to project management tools (Azure DevOps, Planner, Project, SharePoint or similar).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or process optimization is a plus.
• Completion of at least one co-op term; familiarity with NPI is an asset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and on-site in Concord, ON; travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned projects from concept through full-scale production, ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinate transfer of production lines to the new facility and manage multi-project schedules.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation actions to keep schedules on track.
• Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, quality and logistics to prepare receiving factory for launches.
• Provide leadership updates and clear status reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee line transfer technical details, including equipment re-commissioning and process validation.
• Suggest data-driven process improvements to improve PM tools and new product development.
• Support engineering changes and product sustaining activities for long-term manufacturability.
