Job summary

Johnson Electric is seeking a Program Manager in Mississauga, ON, onsite. You will lead new product development and complex automotive programs from concept through launch, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to meet quality, cost, timing, and profitability targets.

The role requires strong APQP/PPAP experience, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successful customer-facing program leadership in an automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and strong PM experience.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional product development programs.
• 10+ years in automotive industry with OEM/Tier-1 exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development and launches from quotation to production.
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation; act as primary customer contact for status updates.
