Job summary

A well-established real estate firm is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee building operations in Nunavut and Yellowknife. The role requires relocating to the North, managing on-site teams, and ensuring operational continuity. Ideal candidates should have over 7 years of experience in building operations and maintenance, as well as strong financial reporting skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in building operations and maintenance.
• Experience in power engineering within a building environment.

• Manage and maintain central and district heating plants.
• Lead and support a team of approximately 10 on-site staff.
• Ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and regulatory standards.
