Monthly review of sales, service and productivity levels reports to monitor results, analyze trends, deviations from goals established and provide appropriate coaching if necessary. Review daily commercial overdraft. Assure adherence to customer service standards for groups under supervision. Assure proper maintenance of facilities and equipment and refer any problem or request to the corresponding unit. Monitor reports to detect high risk accounts and irregularities. Collaborate with inside auditors on compliance auditing. Assure completion of documents according to all banking regulations and Corporation policies. Complete and discuss the Bank Consultant Dashboard with the employee. Oversee controllable expense accounts. May intervene on complex customers’ banking problems, when necessary.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
