National Bank Financial is seeking a branch administrator to help ensure smooth daily operations and regulatory compliance across branch activities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues and support the Regional Manager with a range of administrative tasks.

Strong organizational and communication skills, plus experience in the investment industry, are valued. You will collaborate closely with branch employees and management to maintain a professional work

Qualifikationen

• College or technical diploma and 3 years of experience OR bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in the investment industry is an asset.
• CSC and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Ensure day-to-day branch operations related to financial transactions are compliant.
• Act as a contact person for operational issues, HR questions and logistical needs for branch employees.
• Disseminate administrative procedures and policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
• Perform rigorous follow-ups as recommended by Internal Audit and Compliance.
• Closely monitor budgets related to branch activities.
• Ensure premises and a quality work environment are maintained.
• Provide administrative support to the Regional Manager on various tasks.
