Job summary

FirstService Residential is hiring a Director of Marketing for the North Region Canada. Based in Mississauga, you will lead local marketing strategies across Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia, collaborating with lead generation and creative teams to drive growth and brand engagement.

You will partner with the VP of Marketing and Regional VP of Sales to ensure alignment of marketing with sales, drive regional events, and manage budgets while coaching two marketing managers to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related areas
• Ability to develop and articulate strategy and translate into actionable steps
• Outstanding written, verbal, presentation and editing skills
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders
• Experience with project management concepts and software
• Experience utilizing technology tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Co-Pilot, and others
• Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information
• Collaborative attitude and team player
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach toward change

Responsibilities

• Lead local marketing efforts for the North Region in Canada
• Collaborate with VP Marketing to develop and execute growth plans
• Coordinate with lead generation, content and creative teams
• Brief and align lead generation on campaigns and content
• Develop local advertising plans (print, OOH, industry opportunities)
• Identify PR opportunities and draft local press releases
• Partner with the Regional VP of Sales to align sales and marketing
• Manage regional events and sponsorships
• Oversee internal associate referral and online reputation programs
• Analyze marketing performance and report insights
• Manage the North Region Canada marketing budget
• Coach and develop two marketing managers
