Job summary

ALS is seeking a Client Service Director for North America, based in North Vancouver, to lead client service delivery across the region. You will manage client inquiries, pricing information, and special projects while coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized diploma or university degree, preferably in Geological or Chemical Sciences.
• Previous management and 10 years of customer service experience required.
• Work experience in the mineral exploration or laboratory setting required.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead client service outreach in North America including on-site visits.
• Develop strategies to improve client experience and brand loyalty.
• Standardize regional client services and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Manage a team of Client Service Managers and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare and negotiate business contracts and oversee quote registry activity.
• Organize shipment logistics and represent ALS at conferences and events.
