CASUAL NOON HOUR ASSISTANTS

Coquitlam School District invites applications for Casual Noon Hour Assistants. As the third largest school district in the province, the district is located within a 40‑minute drive from downtown Vancouver. With a population of 34,000 students and approximately 4,400 teaching, administrative, managerial and support staff, it offers a dynamic educational environment.

Casual Noon Hour Assistants are required to be available on an on‑call basis to supervise students indoors and outdoors during lunch break (one hour per day). Duties include ensuring student safety, monitoring the site to maintain security, and promoting acceptable behaviour among students. Previous experience working with groups of children is an asset.

We offer $25.60 per hour, plus 16% in lieu of benefits. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
