AIM Recycling in Victoriaville is hiring a Non-Ferrous Receiver Labourer to join our team. The role focuses on receiving, sorting, and handling non-ferrous metals in an indoor setting with some outdoor tasks.

Responsibilities include unloading, sorting, weighing, and classifying metals, and safely operating the forklift. The position offers a stable daytime schedule and opportunities for training and development.

• Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Non-Ferrous Receiver Labourer to join our team in Victoriaville.

The person in this position will mainly be responsible for the receiving, sorting, and handling of non-ferrous metals. The work is primarily performed indoors, with some occasional outdoor tasks depending on operational needs.

This position is focused on manual work, material handling, and metal sorting in a dynamic industrial environment. We are looking for someone reliable, active, and comfortable with physical work.

Additional Information

* The $1,000 bonus will be paid in three equal installments: the first after 3 months of service (provided the probationary period is successfully completed), the second after 6 months of service, and the third after 9 months of service.
