Gtrworldwide in Canada is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. You will ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.

We are hiring for multiple positions and seek professionals with strong skills in reading drawings, managing budgets, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum five years of experience in construction management, site supervision, or project coordination on medium to large projects.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Experience in preparing and managing budgets, schedules, and procurement activities.
  • Familiarity with building codes, construction regulations, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-control measures.
