Job summary

Gtrworldwide in Saskatchewan is seeking a hands-on Lead Carpenter to plan, coordinate and supervise residential and commercial carpentry work, ensuring projects meet specifications, timelines, and safety standards on site.

You will read blueprints and drawings, estimate materials, mentor apprentices, coordinate with trades, and enforce quality and compliance while liaising with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship, trade certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Several years of hands-on carpentry experience with supervisory or lead responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and workplace health and safety regulations.

Job Summary
