Performs account receivable and collections activities to manage overdue accounts and recover outstanding balances. Maintains accurate records and communicates with clients and internal teams to resolve billing issues.

Secondary school diploma; post-secondary education in business, accounting or a related field is an asset. Minimum one year of experience in collections, accounts receivable or office clerical work. Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and recordkeeping practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using accounting or CRM software. Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone manner. Ability to handle confidential financial information, prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
