Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager (Head Coach) by managing store functions or supervising a specific area.
• Perform management duties in the absence of the Head Coach.
• Supervise daily activities of support staff.
• Set team priorities and coordinate work with other supervisors.
• Apply management skills to improve efficiency and meet operational goals.
• Recruit and hire top talent to foster a diverse and energetic environment.
• Set priorities for employees to meet deadlines and develop short-term plans.
• Support brand initiatives and participate in programs.
• Prepare reports on store activities.
• Communicate with the Visual team and oversee site maintenance.

Qualifications

• Significant retail experience, including over 2 years in management.
• Passion for sports and / or sports fashion.
• Availability for weekends, evenings, holidays, and overnight shifts if needed.
