Job summary

Larga Baffin seeks a Client Care Coordinator for overnight shifts to organize, coordinate and communicate client needs in a courteous and efficient manner. You will work with internal and external partners to resolve inquiries and complaints, guiding clients through options and ensuring high quality care in a 24/7 facility.

Great communication, problem-solving and the ability to handle sensitive information are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• First Aid/CPR/AED certified (or willingness to learn).
• WHMIS trained (or willing to learn).
• Bilingualism (Inuktitut and English) is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and ensure a welcoming environment for clients, visitors and service providers.
• Answer multiple incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner; assist and problem solve.
• Handle customer complaints as they arise and escalate when needed.
• Act as the primary contact for client services and coordinate with vendors and departments.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and registration procedures.
• Answering a multi-line phone system and perform general clerical duties.
