Job summary

Larga Baffin Ltd. in Ottawa, Ontario, is seeking a Client Care Supervisor to lead the Front Desk team, uphold service standards, and assist with policy execution in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will train staff, manage scheduling, monitor on-call rotations, and ensure timely, courteous client service while maintaining safety and compliance.

Experience in customer service with supervisory roles is required; bilingual Inuktitut is an asset.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in a customer service position with at least 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Experience in a related field is considered an asset.
• Post-Secondary education in Hospitality & Tourism, or related field is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Desk staff and ensure quality service alignment with standards.
• Train staff on front desk protocols, emergency procedures, and CRM/Nomadis use.
