Job summary

Lineage is seeking a warehouse supervisor in a role that oversees daily operations and a warehouse team. You will work with operations leadership to meet service, quality, safety, and productivity standards in a fast-paced facility.

The position requires at least 2 years of leadership in a warehouse or logistics setting, experience with WMS, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. A flexible schedule including weekends may be required depending on operations and weather.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments and organize merchandise; maintain inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources; keep time/production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure product availability.
