Lineage in Winnipeg, Canada, is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead the warehouse team, and ensure service, quality, safety, and productivity targets are met. The role requires managing shipments, inventory, schedules, and reporting to plant leadership.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in warehouse leadership, experience with WMS, and strong conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work in cold and dry storage environments and lift 40 lbs.
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday: 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Shift schedules are subject to change based on operational requirements.
Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.
