Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is seeking Freight Team Associates to stock merchandise, organize the sales floor, and assist customers. Team members operate reach trucks, forklifts, and order picker machines to move products to the floor.

Responsibilities include packing orders, labeling, and ensuring items are properly stored in designated holding areas. Positions require a flexible schedule including potential overnight shifts, evenings, and weekends, in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–2 years Retail or Distribution experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of operating reach trucks, forklifts and order picker machines is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise onto shelves to achieve 100% in stock.
• Pack-out and pack-down merchandise as directed.
• Merchandise new items and promotions.
• Maintain aisle cleanliness and shoppability for accessible, visually appealing merchandise.
• Maintain and organize overheads.
• Communicate with freight team members to ensure proper stocking area.
