Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a crew on-site and translate drawings to field layouts.
• Strong emphasis on safety, quality, and on-time execution.
• Willingness to complete required licenses and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings for thermoplastic road markings.
• Lay out and apply road markings with accuracy.
• Support and lead a on-site crew and coordinate tasks.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance.
