Job summary

EverLine Coatings and Services on Vancouver Island seeks a Crew Lead to manage our line painting crew across parking lots, roadways, and warehouses. You will operate equipment, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires a reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, and the ability to work outdoors in demanding conditions. We value momentum, safety, and teamwork as part of our DRIVEN culture.

Qualifications

• BC driver\'s license with clean record; driving abstract required.
• Self-motivated, critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Punctual, organized with attention to detail.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Experience with small engines or paint sprayers is an asset.
• Engineering education is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage crew and equipment to perform line painting, crack filling, seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more.
• Plan and facilitate production of high-quality projects.
• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site.
• Additional tasks as required.
