Job summary

Armtec in Saskatoon is seeking a hands-on Night Shift Supervisor to lead plastics manufacturing operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement. You will oversee nightly production, support employee development, and help achieve operational goals.

The role reports to the National Operations Manager and requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to coach teams and coordinate with maintenance for minimal downtime.

• Experience supervising manufacturing teams.
• HDPE manufacturing experience is an asset.
