Job summary

Princess Auto Ltd. in Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Nights to help create a fun, safe and unique shopping experience for our customers.

You will typically spend your shift working with department Leaders to accomplish established store plans and routine audits for your sections. You will maintain a safe, organized and efficient warehouse as well as participate in recruiting, hiring and onboarding of new Team Members.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience in retail or a service industry.
• Ability to recruit, hire and onboard new Team Members.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Commitment to customer service and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support Team Members and department Leaders to meet store plans.
• Conduct regular audits for sections and maintain a safe, organized warehouse.
• Mentor and train Team Members to help them grow their careers.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling for night shifts.
