Princess Auto Ltd. in Grande Prairie seeks a Night Leader (Team Leader Trainee) to guide Team Members, ensure a safe, friendly shopping experience, and execute store plans after hours.

You will respond to inquiries, help train staff, maintain inventory and loss prevention, merchandise the floor, and support the Sales Team through engaging customer interactions. Hours typically 6:00 pm to 2:30 am; this position offers growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills.
• Willingness to work evening hours and adapt to a night-shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Members to complete store plans and tasks.
• Respond to Team Member and customer inquiries with product knowledge and on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain a safe and respectful work environment and enforce loss prevention policies.
• Merchandise products and ensure the warehouse is tidy with properly stored inventory.
• Support the Sales Team through engaging customer interactions and building relationships.
