Princess Auto Ltd. in Kamloops is seeking a Night Leader (Team Leader Trainee) to help create a fun, safe and unique shopping experience.

You will lead Team Members in your department to complete store plans and respond to inquiries with product knowledge, supporting on-the-job training and loss prevention. You’ll merchandise and maintain a tidy warehouse, ensure safe inventory handling, and connect with customers through friendly interactions to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

You will respond to Team Member and customer inquiries with category-specific product knowledge, support on-the-job training and development of Team Members, maintain a safe and respectful work environment, and manage loss prevention processes. You will merchandise product and ensure the warehouse is kept tidy, product is stored safely and inventory is allocated correctly. You will support our Sales Team by connecting with our customers through eye contact and friendly interactions to assist with their purchases, create memorable visits, and build lasting relationships. Your hours of work will generally be 6:00 pm to 2:30 am.You'll Fit In Great If You
