Job summary

Princess Auto Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Nights to guide a fast-paced, customer-focused team and ensure a safe, organized, and engaging store operation.

You will partner with department Leaders to execute store plans, recruit and onboard Team Members, mentor staff, and lead the night shift from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am while upholding Royal Service.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience in retail or service industry.
• Strong people management and training abilities.

As an Assistant Store Leader of Nights at Princess Auto you will help create a fun, safe and unique shopping experience for our customers. We call it Royal Service. You will typically spend your shift working with the department Leaders to accomplish established store plans and regular audits for your sections. You will maintain a safe, organized and efficient warehouse as well as participate in recruiting, hiring and onboarding of new Team Members.

As part of the leadership team, you will direct, support, mentor and train Team Members and department Leaders to help them be successful and grow their careers with Princess Auto.

Your hours of work will generally be 6:00 pm to 2:00 am.
