Job summary

Vita Student is seeking a night-time Customer Service Assistant in Manchester (Circle Square) to deliver a premium resident experience during the overnight period. You will combine strong customer service with hands-on facilities support, ensuring safety, cleanliness and a five-star standard across communal spaces.

The role requires flexibility, the ability to work 9pm-6am Sun-Thu and 10pm-7am Fri & Sat, with at least 18 hours per week and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in hospitality, accommodation or similar.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and varying hours.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional reception for residents, guests and visitors.
• Resolve enquiries, give guidance and practical support.
• Manage parcel deliveries and act as first contact for incidents or welfare concerns.
• Maintain safe, welcoming atmosphere and high standards across the residence at night.
• Carry out regular cleaning and presentation checks across communal spaces.
