Job summary

Coke Canada Bottling is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for our Brampton Bottling Production Facility. You will supervise, train, and develop the team, coordinating with QA and Maintenance to keep production aligned with quality and safety standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage daily operations in a unionized environment, and ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and OSHA policies. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience are required.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation methods.
• Preference for experience in the food industry.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); SAP experience is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude to build relationships.
• Highly detailed problem-solving approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, supervise, develop, and evaluate team members.
• Provide a safe work environment by conducting regular safety talks and promoting safety policies.
• Manage daily production activities in a unionized setting, with a focus on Syrup Room management, batching and kitting, and material management.
• Monitor and track daily activities, downtime, detractors and losses to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee Sanitation associates and manage the plant’s sanitation program.
• Ensure daily tasks and procedures are followed safely and correctly.
• Review KPIs, prepare SPLs, implement corrective actions, and present RCAs as needed.
• Ensure proper information transfer between shifts and departments.
• Comply with GMP, AIB, ISO, OSHA, and Quality and Safety standards.
• Adjust shift start times as required to support business needs.
