You will work in a night-shift schedule (12-hour days, three days per week) with starting wages of $22.77/hour, rising to $32.04/hour based on experience and shift. The role emphasizes teamwork and practical problem solving.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and collaborative leadership.

• Comfort with computerized touchscreens and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Apply and promote safety standards.
• Perform adjustments and settings during product changeovers.
