The role requires manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Starting wage is $24.56/hour, increasing to $33.02/hour with experience, with a view to long‑term growth and benefits.

Position Summary

The Production Team Leader is responsible for the execution and performance of their production line. They coordinate daily operations to ensure workflow continuity and enforce Biscuits Leclerc’s policies. With strong technical understanding of each station, they guide, develop and challenge team members while ensuring optimal results.

Responsibilities
