Job summary

Biscuits Leclerc seeks a production operator to ensure smooth equipment operation and product quality. You will contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will work in a night-shift schedule (12-hour days, three days per week) with starting wages of $22.77/hour, rising to $32.04/hour based on experience and shift. The role emphasizes teamwork and practical problem solving.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and product quality. You’ll contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement of your work environment

Responsibilities

• Apply and promote safety standards
• Perform necessary adjustments and settings during product changeovers
• Carry out quality tests and make required adjustments
• Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes

Requirements

• Manage priorities and multiple tasks effectively
• Be comfortable with computerized technologies (touchscreens)
• Make quick decisions, even under pressure
• Provide practical, concrete solutions
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Exhibit collaborative leadership
• Bring relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

Must be willing to work night shifts on a 12 hour shift three days per week.

Starting wage of $22.77/hour, increasing up to $32.04/hour depending on experience and shift.
