Job summary

Leclerc Foods, a family business with 120 years of experience, is seeking a production associate to ensure smooth operation of equipment and top quality products in a dynamic manufacturing setting. You’ll report to the Production Team Leader, promote safety, adjust settings during changeovers, run quality tests, and collaborate with operations, mechanical, sanitation and quality teams.

Night shifts, 12-hour days, three per week, start at $22.77/hour and can rise to $32.04/hour.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and product quality. You’ll contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement of your work environment.

Responsibilities

You contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the following actions:

• Apply and promote safety standards
• Perform necessary adjustments and settings during product changeovers
• Carry out quality tests and make required adjustments
• Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes

Requirements

We are looking for someone who can:

• Manage priorities and multiple tasks effectively
• Be comfortable with computerized technologies (touchscreens)
• Make quick decisions, even under pressure
• Provide practical, concrete solutions
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Exhibit collaborative leadership
• Bring relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

Must be willing to work night shifts on a 12 hour shift three days per week.

Salary

Starting wage of $22.77/hour, increasing up to $32.04/hour depending on experience and shift.
