Job summary

Biscuits Leclerc Ltd. is seeking a Production Operator to ensure smooth operation of production equipment and product quality. You will contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within a night-shift, 12-hour schedule.

The role requires experience in manufacturing, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong communication and teamwork. Day-to-day tasks include safety adherence, changeovers, quality testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and product quality. You’ll contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement of your work environment

Responsibilities

You contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the following actions:

• Apply and promote safety standards
• Perform necessary adjustments and settings during product changeovers
• Carry out quality tests and make required adjustments
• Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes

Requirements

We are looking for someone who can:

• Manage priorities and multiple tasks effectively
• Be comfortable with computerized technologies (touchscreens)
• Make quick decisions, even under pressure
• Provide practical, concrete solutions
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Exhibit collaborative leadership
• Bring relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

Must be willing to work night shifts on a 12 hour shift three days per week.

Salary:
Starting wage of $22.77/hour, increasing up to $32.04/hour depending on experience and shift.
