Job summary

Natural Factors in the Okanagan region seeks a mechanically inclined Manufacturing Supervisor to lead Bulk Packaging on the night shift. You will coach and develop a night crew, maintain safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement.

This role collaborates with cross-functional operations leaders in a fast-paced environment and reports to the operations leadership. A strong candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing and 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations management, or supply chain management.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Minimum 1 year of night shift work experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily Bulk Packaging operations on the night shift.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow priorities, and resource allocation.
• Coach, develop, and support team members to achieve performance objectives.
• Ensure employees receive appropriate training and ongoing development.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and operational leaders to achieve department goals.
• Support and maintain compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
