Natural Factors Inc. seeks a mechanically inclined Manufacturing Supervisor for the night shift in Kelowna.

The role leads Bulk Packaging operations, coaching a team toward safety, quality, and productivity, while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with operational leaders to optimize staffing and workflows, ensuring training and development, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations management, or supply chain management.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Minimum 1 year of night shift work experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Position Summary

The Supervisor, Manufacturing is responsible for directing, supervising, prioritizing, and coordinating all Bulk Packaging activities on their assigned shift to ensure quality standards are maintained while maximizing productivity. This role leads team success by providing coaching, training, support, and motivation while driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

• Support and maintain compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

Qualifications

Required
