Job summary

Natural Factors in Kelowna is seeking a packaging technician to support our state-of-the-art lines. The role focuses on preparing the packaging line, loading product, and ensuring correct caps, labels and lot numbers while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate offers hands-on experience with packaging processes, a strong work ethic, and clear English communication, in a clean facility with competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Experience packaging products in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.
  • Clear English communication and teamwork in a warehouse/production floor.

Responsibilities

  • Change equipment and machine parts as needed.
  • Prepare the packaging line for operation by filling equipment with product and bottles.
  • Ensure caps, seals, labels, lot numbers and expiry dates are correct.
  • Troubleshoot machinery and packaging problems.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM- 4:30 PM

In this role you will:

Change equipment and machine parts as needed

Prepare the packaging line for operation by filling equipment with product and bottles

Ensure caps, seals, labels, lot number and expiry date s are correct

Troubleshoot machinery and packaging problems

Accurately complete all necessary paperwork

You have:

The ability to w ork with your hands and keep up in a physically demanding environment

An inclination for k eeping yourself and others safe while working in a fast-paced high-output setting

A strong understanding of the English language to effectively communicate with your team

The capability to work independently within timelines and deadlines

You want:

Learn or build on previous packaging experience for continuous bottle-filling operation

Work for a company that places emphasis on producing high quality products

Work with your hands to change, adjust and clean equipment and machine parts as needed
