Wonderbrands is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to lead the night shift (9PM-7AM, Sun-Wed) in its Canadian plant. The role reports to the Distribution Center Manager and emphasizes hands-on leadership to meet shipping guidelines safely and on time in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires coordinating across departments, maintaining schedules, and coaching team leaders while ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years front-line leadership experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to manage unionized employees.
• Forklift license/certification an asset.
• Bright, self-motivated and clear on future career goals, with a developmental attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly, ambitious and structured in approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster an environment of mutual respect and teamwork.
• Organize pre-shift meetings and provide feedback to team leaders.
• Coordinate schedules, products and manpower to ensure smooth shipping operations.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are met and manage conflicts.
• Lead, train and coach team leaders and staff in inventory management and equipment handling.
